• Overseeing the daily operations of a retail store or department.
• Managing staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving sales targets.
• Maintaining inventory and ordering merchandise.
• Preparing reports regarding sales volumes, product supply, and human resources

• Prior supervisory or managerial experience in a retail environment is highly valued. 
• Experience in customer service and sales is also beneficial. 
• With Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or any-related course
• Amenable to work on WALTERMART PASAY and DASMARINAS, CAVITE
