Respond to queries from potential monthly Parkers and confirm the availability of parking spaces in their preferred area.
Provide necessary details regarding monthly rates, deposits, advance rent, number of allowed vehicles, liability for loss or damage, parking assignments, violations, non-assignability of slots, parking cards, and parking hours.
Prepare and send proposals to potential clients, monitor responses, and follow up accordingly.
Coordinate, collate, and file necessary documents from the Parker, such as copies of IDs, ORCR of vehicles, and any other relevant documents.
Accommodate discount requests from clients, subject to approval.
Inform the Operations team about the assigned car parking sites and the number of parking slots that will be obtained by the client.
Draft contracts for monthly Parkers and provide copies as needed.
Secure and manage the signed contract in the database.
Assist clients with the submission of post-dated checks and payments through the authorized payment system.
Request and issue parking tap cards to monthly Parkers.
Inform the Operations team about the new Parker's assigned parking slot and details for proper coordination.
Monitor and process the renewal of monthly parking accounts and ensure timely account closure.
Termination for Reserved Slots:
Ensure that the monthly parker formally notifies the Sales Officer of their intent to terminate the contract at least 30 days prior to the desired termination date.
Advise the Accounting team to prepare the check payment for the security deposit refund, and work with the operations team to check if there are any damages that need to be deducted from the security deposit.
Once clearance is received from both the Operations and Accounting teams, advise the Parker to collect the refund check or request an online banking deposit with proof of transaction.

QUALIFICATION:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
Additional certifications in sales management or digital marketing are a plus.
At least 1-3 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within the marketing or customer-facing industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and performance goals.
Experience in both B2B (Business-to-Business) and B2C (Business-to-Consumer) sales environments is beneficial.
