Sales & Marketing Executive – Events & Banquet Sales

Location: Makati City or Entertainment City, Metro Manila

Employment Type: Full-Time

Work Schedule: 6 days a week, including weekends and holidays depending on bookings of clients.


About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive with 3–5 years of experience in hotel banquet sales or event space management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue through the promotion and sale of our event and banquet facilities, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of our hospitality services.


Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy Development: Formulate and execute sales strategies to attract and retain clients for corporate events, weddings, conferences, and social gatherings.
  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Event Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to plan and execute seamless events, ensuring all client requirements are met and exceeded.
  • Proposal & Contract Management: Prepare and present tailored proposals, negotiate contracts, and oversee the booking process to secure business.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring profitability while delivering high-quality services.
  • Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in hotel banquet sales or event space management.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with event management software and CRM systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet client needs.
