Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
At least 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in renewable energy or power industries.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
