- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet hotel revenue goals, including targeted sales plans for different market segments.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase hotel bookings and revenue.
- Create and maintain relationships with key corporate clients, travel agencies, and event planners.
Marketing Campaigns:
- Plan, implement, and manage marketing campaigns (online and offline) to increase the hotel’s visibility and attract guests.
- Work closely with the digital marketing team to optimize the hotel's online presence, including the website, social media, and online travel agents (OTAs).
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to ensure the hotel remains competitive in pricing and offerings.
Public Relations & Branding:
- Ensure consistent branding across all marketing channels to strengthen the hotel’s identity.
- Coordinate with media outlets, bloggers, influencers, and local organizations to enhance public relations efforts.
- Create and distribute promotional materials, including brochures, newsletters, and press releases.
Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and manage relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, and group bookers.
- Respond to inquiries, requests for proposals (RFPs), and negotiate corporate contracts.
- Maintain a database of potential leads and convert them into long-term partnerships.
Event Promotion and Coordination:
- Promote and manage special events hosted by the hotel, including weddings, conferences, and seminars.
- Coordinate with the events team to ensure a seamless execution of events and customer satisfaction.
- Market the hotel as an ideal venue for corporate events, conferences, and social gatherings.
Revenue Management Support:
- Collaborate with the Revenue Manager to ensure effective pricing strategies are in place and that the hotel’s inventory is being maximized.
- Monitor booking trends and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Track, analyze, and report on sales and marketing performance, including ROI, website traffic, and guest feedback.
