簡介

Reception Duties:

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and inquiries.
  • Manage front desk operations, ensuring a welcoming and organized reception area.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and packages.


Logistics Support:

  • Coordinate with suppliers, couriers, and logistics partners for pick-up and delivery schedules.
  • Assist in preparing and processing shipping documents, waybills, and other related paperwork.
  • Monitor and update records of incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Assist in basic inventory monitoring and coordination with the warehouse or logistics team.


Administrative Support:

  • Maintain records, logs, and reports related to reception and logistics tasks.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings and booking travel arrangements as needed.
  • Support the Admin & Logistics team in other clerical and operational tasks as assigned.

職位要求

  • Education: At least a Bachelor’s Degree or Graduate of any Course in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
  • Experience: Prior experience in reception, logistics, or administrative roles is an advantage.
  • Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of logistics processes (shipping, courier coordination, inventory).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Good organizational and multitasking skills.
