  • Oversee daily operations of residential or commercial properties.
  • Ensure property compliance with local regulations and standards.
  • Manage tenant relations and address complaints promptly.
  • Conduct regular property inspections and maintenance oversight.
  • Prepare budgets and financial reports related to property management.
  • Coordinate leasing and marketing strategies to attract tenants.
  • Conduct routine inspections, oversee building operations, coordinate facilities services, and ensure tenant satisfaction.

職位要求

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in property management, preferably in mixed-use properties.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership capabilities, expertise in residential and commercial management, knowledge of mid-rise condominiums, and exceptional front management skills.
  • Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with frequent site visits; must be adaptable to different environments.
  • Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proactive problem-solver, detail-oriented, and strong organizational abilities.
