Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, systems engineering, software engineering or a related field,
Master’s degree preferred,
Certification in project management is a plus
At least 5 years of hands-on software development experience,
At least 10 years of experience in managing, mentoring, and leading software engineering teams,
Experience in software release life cycle, including pre-alpha, alpha, and beta testing,
Experience in cloud hosted development, deployment and operations.
Proven, successful track records in project managing the design & development of back-office systems (at least 2 large projects completed successfully) that are:
Featuring similar size and complexity to the CBO’s,
Featuring high availability and disaster recovery solutions,
Serving at least 1 m customer-base,
Processing at least 1 m events per day,
Processing customers payment, predominantly payment card and EFT,
Offering diversity of user communication channels, including call center, web services, social media and mobile apps,
Demonstrating compliance with PCI-DSS and cybersecurity,
