- Prepare choux pastry, batters, and other bakery items based on recipe and production schedules
- Bake cream puffs, cakes, custard, and other baked to goods to perfection.
- Monitor the quality of raw materials and finished products.
- Follow proper food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist in inventory management and ordering of baking supplies
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work efficiently to meet production timelines
職位要求
- Proven experience as a baker or relevant role in a bakery/pastry shop.
- Knowledge of baking techniques and food safety standards
- Ability to work early mornings and long shifts.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and method
