We are looking for a Logistic Intern!

FlowerStore.PH is looking for people who are passionate about collectively overcoming complex challenges of the hyper-growth e-commerce ecosystem while learning fast and enjoying the journey.

• Preparing outgoing orders or delivery
• Developing and communicating order or delivery schedules
• Liaising with vendors and carrier services to coordinate logistics and timelines
• Creating routes for riders with same-day orders and inputting on our files for tracking
• Sourcing riders
• Assisting customers and resolving delivery issues and complaints
• Preparing and maintaining delivery paperwork, records, and digital databases
• Performing additional duties as needed

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or Business Management
• Proficiency in MS Office and database management
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail
