Q.C. Styropackaging Corporation and Multiplast Corporation are seeking a talented HR and Compliance to join their team in Quezon City, Metro Manila. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the companies' compliance with all applicable labour laws and regulations, as well as overseeing the implementation of HR policies and procedures.

• Monitoring and ensuring compliance with labor laws, regulations and internal policies
• Advising management on HR-related issues and best practices
• Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures and programs
• Prepares Notice to Explains (NTE) and Disciplinary Action (DA) Memos
• Conducts investigation/administrative hearings and recommends possible cause of actions to the HR and Admin Manager
• Participating in the development and implementation of HR strategies to support the overall business objectives

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Political Science or any other related field
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar HR and compliance role, preferably in the industrial or manufacturing sector
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR information systems
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
