Job Overview:

We are urgently hiring IT Business Analysts to support a 6-month engagement focused on business transformation and system development. The ideal candidates will have 3 to 5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, with a strong foundation in planning, requirements gathering, analysis, and process design. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of project milestones.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand business needs and gather comprehensive business requirements for system enhancements or development.

• Design, modify, and create business processes aligned with transformation goals.

• Control and manage project scope to meet established timelines.

• Provide high-level estimates based on gathered requirements.

• Act as a team lead and primary escalation point for issues.

• Develop and obtain sign-off for Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and ensure alignment with business goals, including both functional and non-functional specifications.

• Prepare and finalize the Functional Specification Document (FSD).

• Assist in the development and review of SIT and UAT test scenarios based on business use cases and the FSD.

• Collaborate with business users to update business processes in line with new requirements.

• Support SIT, Go-Live, and Post-Go-Live phases, ensuring smooth communication between business users and the technical team.

• Manage and resolve issues escalated by the team.

• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 3 to 5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst

• Strong background in:

• Planning and Monitoring

• Elicitation and Collaboration

• Requirements Life Cycle Management

• Strategy and Requirements Analysis

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Proven ability to work independently and in hybrid setups

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
