Responsible in the Monitoring and Update of Employee Status (transfers, promotions, demotion, performance appraisal, regularization) of Managers (Corporate and Operations Managers)
Final Pay monitoring and processing (Corporate and Operations Managers)
Management Training Agreement Preparation and Processing (for local and international training)
In-charge of all government-mandated benefits (monthly reporting and temporary and permanent closure, if applicable)
Onboarding of newly hires (HR Orientation, Employment contract preparation, biometrics enrolment, ID processing, payroll enrolment)
Coordinates with operations on temporary and permanent closure of stores
In charge of dissemination of office memorandums
In charge of DOLE and PSA related tasks
General Administrative and facilities tasks
Monitors agency-hired staff
In charge of the communication concerns of all corporate employees
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science or Human Resource Management
Excellent written and oral English communication skills
At least 5 years of relevant work experience in the Human Resources Department
Working knowledge in Compensation and Benefits Administration, Payroll Administration and Records Management
Knowledge and experience in: Recruitment; Employee Relations (planning, implementation and evaluation of employee welfare programs, including communication and ER programs); Employee Discipline (including handling of disciplinary cases, employee counseling); and Performance Management (including developmental planning, counseling)
High sensitivity/maturity level
Highly organized and systematic, and has a keen eye for detail
Ability to do multi-tasking, self-driven and with send of URGENCY
