The Human Resources (HR) Team is a dedicated and collaborative group responsible for ensuring the growth, productivity, and well-being of our company’s most valuable asset – our people. The HR Team manages a wide range of HR functions, from talent acquisition and employee relations to performance management and compliance.


Driven by a commitment to excellence, the HR Team fosters a positive, inclusive, and growth-oriented work environment. Our team leverages strategic planning and data-driven insights to optimize HR processes and support business objectives.


We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR Team. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company’s HR operations, providing strategic leadership, and ensuring compliance with local labor regulations. This role will supervise a growing HR Team and drive initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, productivity, and company growth.


Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Strategy

  • Lead, manage, and supervise the HR Team with full responsibility and accountability.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with our objectives.
  • Foster a positive company culture that promotes employee engagement and productivity.


Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Collaborate with Department Heads to identify staffing needs.
  • Design and implement effective hiring processes to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention strategies.


Performance Management

  • Implement performance evaluation systems and support supervisors in conducting regular appraisals.
  • Develop plans for employee growth and professional development.
  • Responsible for coaching and mentoring our people proactively.


Employee Relations

  • Address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary actions in a fair and timely manner.
  • Conduct and lead weekly team meetings with employees to relay updates and provide feedback.
  • Promote a positive work environment through team-building initiatives and employee recognition programs.


Compliance & Policy Management

  • Ensure adherence to Philippine labor laws and company policies.
  • Regularly update HR policies and manuals to maintain relevance and compliance.


Compensation & Benefits

  • Design competitive compensation structures and benefits packages.
  • Manage payroll processing, leave administration, and employee benefits programs with the Finance Department.


Training & Development

  • Identify training needs and implement effective training programs.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of training initiatives and recommend improvements.


HR Metrics & Reporting

  • Utilize data-driven approaches to improve HR processes and decision-making.
  • Prepare weekly HR reports and metrics to present to senior management.



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of HR management experience, preferably within the distribution or logistics industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
