Company Description

Federal Property Management Corporation (FPMC) is a property management company established on May 20, 2011 to manage FLI’s developments. FPMC is composed of a highly capable team experienced in property management.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Assistant located in Makati. The Human Resources Assistant will be responsible for HR management tasks, including HRIS management, benefits administration, and training activities.

Qualifications

  • Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
  • Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) knowledge
  • Benefits Administration expertise
  • Training experience
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
