Job Description:

We are looking for a Mid-Level Full Stack Engineer with at least 3 years of professional experience in software development to join our growing delivery team. The ideal candidate has a solid track record of working across the full software development lifecycle, with hands-on experience in both front-end and back-end technologies. Prior exposure to projects in the banking or financial services sector is highly preferred.

You will play a key role in designing, building, and implementing enterprise-grade web applications for clients, ensuring performance, security, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scalable full stack web applications with clean and maintainable code.
• Work across the front-end and back-end, integrating databases, APIs, and cloud services.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders, business analysts, and other engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Translate technical requirements into well-structured, efficient code.
• Ensure the application meets regulatory and security standards, especially for financial services.
• Participate in sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives as part of an Agile team.
• Perform peer code reviews and mentor junior developers where applicable.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for maximum performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience as a Full Stack Engineer or Developer.
• Strong experience in at least one modern front-end framework (e.g., React.js, Angular, or Vue.js).
• Proficient in back-end languages such as Node.js, Java, .NET, or Python.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, database systems (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB), and server-side architecture.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and DevOps practices (CI/CD, Git, containers).
• Knowledge of security standards and compliance requirements in financial applications (e.g., data encryption, PCI DSS).
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles, object-oriented design, and Agile development methodologies.
• Effective communication, critical thinking, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience working on software solutions for banks, financial institutions, or fintech platforms.
• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with microservices architecture and serverless frameworks.
• Certifications related to cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure), security, or Scrum are a plus.
