Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Fitter Deck and Engine located in Makati. The Fitter Deck and Engine will be responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on the ship's deck and engine equipment. Daily tasks include inspecting and maintaining mechanical systems, ensuring safety protocols are followed, assisting with docking and undocking operations, and supporting the engineering team with various tasks. The role requires a hands-on approach and collaboration with the crew to ensure the vessel's operational efficiency and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience with mechanical and engine maintenance
• Knowledge of safety protocols and maritime regulations
• Ability to perform inspections and troubleshoot mechanical issues
• Skilled in using various hand and power tools
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions
• Relevant certifications or licenses for maritime work
• Basic understanding of electrical systems is a plus
