Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS Accountancy / BS Internal Auditing
• At least 2 years supervisory experience
• Audit Skills
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• Good report writing skills

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Executes of Internal Quality Audit functions to ensure alignment with quality and financial audit objectives.
• Develops and implements the internal audit plan and program.
• Assesses the efficiency and effectiveness of various departments within NWD to ensure they fulfill their assigned duties and responsibilities.
• Investigates and addresses errors, fraud, and illegal activities committed by individuals or departments.
• Identifies control weaknesses and recommends corrective actions.
• Conducts field audits across all branches with specified frequency based on the Internal Audit Plan Schedule.
• Conducts spot-inventory checks based on Audit Plan. (e.g. supplies, reagents, etc.)
• Conducts interviews, performs audit testing, and submits audit reports, including recommendations for corrective actions.
• Engages with process owners to discuss audit findings, agree on action plans, and establish timelines for remediation or corrective actions.
• Assists investigations into quality issues, identifies root causes, and develops corrective and preventive action plans.
• Performs follow-up audits to ensure timely resolution of gaps identified during internal audits, internal control reviews, and risk management activities.
• Establishes and promotes consistent policies, standardized processes, and the sharing of best practices on a regular basis.
• Monitors and tracks the implementation of audit recommendations as required.
• Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php45,000.00 per month
