Responsibilities:

• Create and put into action long-term sales strategy to boost profitability, revenue, and market share. Report to the CEO or executive leadership and align the sales vision with the company's overarching business objectives.
• Create, manage, and guide a successful sales team.
• Establish and monitor the budget for the sales department, set goals and quotas for sales, and manage sales operations and resources.
• Provide precise sales projections and produce reports for the executive team and senior management.
• Examine consumer demands, market trends, and rivalry. Participate in closing strategic deals and uphold and develop solid connections with important clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely on promotional materials with the marketing department.
