Job Overview:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide top-notch support to customers of a leading tech company in the USA. You will be responsible for handling inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the company's products or services.
  • Assist customers with account setup, billing concerns, and general support.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Stay updated with company products and services to provide accurate information.
  • Deliver excellent customer service with a problem-solving mindset.

Qualifications:

Must-have:

  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience handling US-based clients.

Nice-to-have:

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and ticketing systems.
  • Experience in a tech-related customer support role.
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience.
