The Corporate Management Training Program (CMTP) is an 18-month talent development initiative designed to build a strong pipeline of versatile, high-potential leaders ready to take on pivotal roles in shaping the future of the Bounty Fresh Group.
Tailored for fresh graduates and early career professionals, CMTP offers immersive, high-impact stints across our commercial, corporate, and operations functions—spanning multiple business groups within the organization. Trainees are exposed to real business challenges, mentored by senior leaders, and developed through structured learning journeys that fuel both personal growth and organizational impact.
Upon successful completion of the program, trainees will land at an Officer Level, equipped with a 360-degree understanding of our business and a clear leadership trajectory within Bounty.
Launch Your Leadership Journey Gain exposure to key business functions— commercial, corporate, and operations—through structured rotations, mentorship, and real-world problem-solving.
Experience Immersive Learning Work alongside industry experts, tackle dynamic challenges, and develop critical business acumen through hands-on training across Bounty’s diverse business units.
Advance Your Career! At the end of the program, trainees earn a strategic landing role based on their acquired competencies—setting them up for rapid career progression and leadership opportunities.
Strategic Timing CMTP kicks off in August 2025 and runs until January 2027, aligning with Bounty’s long-term growth strategy.
IF YOU HAVE....
Academic Excellence: CGPA of 85 or above (or equivalent academic standing)
Leadership Experience: Proven leadership experience in academics, extracurricular activities, or community initiatives
Effective Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey ideas clearly and confidently
Adaptability and Problem Solving: Capability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced, high-growth environments
Mobility and Flexibility Willingness to travel, and rotate across different business units
