簡介
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Brand Marketing Director and Marketing Team.
- Coordinate logistics for marketing shoots, events, and projects.
- Prepare and submit monthly reports on marketing expenditures and budget.
- Prepare budget requests and assist in product preparation for campaigns and activations.
- Monitor and consolidate liquidation reports from marketing activities.
- Gather and organize data from campaigns, events, and trade initiatives.
- Prepare monthly reports on brand endorsement and sponsorship programs.
- Coordinate with suppliers for the production of marketing collaterals and materials.
- Ensure timely processing of marketing-related documents such as PRFs, POs, and liquidation reports.
- Act as point person for inter-department coordination related to marketing projects.
- Maintain an organized system of marketing files and records.
- Support the team with other tasks as needed, excluding content creation.
