  • Manage accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and in-person to negotiate payment plans.
  • Maintain accurate records of collection activities and account statuses.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to resolve discrepancies.
  • Prepare reports on collection metrics and trends.

職位要求

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in collections or credit risk management.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Asset Management, RFP preparation, Risk Control Strategy, Credit Risk Control, and Credit Analysis.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Collect outstanding debts, maintain documentation, assess credit risk, and develop effective collection strategies.
  • Working Conditions: Office-based role with potential for remote work, standard business hours.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, persistent, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
