Role Overview:


We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Associate to cultivate and expand relationships with our business-to-business (B2B) clients. This role is pivotal in driving business growth through effective communication, compelling presentations, and proactive relationship building. The ideal candidate will be adept at understanding client needs, presenting our solutions effectively, and nurturing long-term partnerships. This position also involves a public relations aspect, requiring excellent communication and interpersonal skills to represent our company professionally.


Responsibilities:


  • Company and Product Presentations: Prepare and deliver engaging and informative presentations about our company and product offerings to prospective and existing B2B clients. Tailor presentations to address specific client needs and business objectives.
  • Email Communication: Develop and execute targeted email campaigns to engage potential clients, follow up on leads, and nurture existing relationships. Craft clear, concise, and persuasive written communications.
  • Relationship Building via Calls: Conduct proactive outbound calls to establish initial contact with potential clients, build rapport, understand their business challenges, and identify opportunities for our solutions. Maintain regular communication with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and explore upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
  • Public Relations Activities: Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company in a positive and professional manner during all client interactions. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations.
  • Lead Generation and Qualification: Identify and research potential B2B clients through various channels. Qualify leads based on their needs and potential fit with our offerings.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including calls, emails, presentations, and follow-ups, within our CRM system. Track progress against sales targets and provide regular reports.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and effective communication of client feedback.
  • Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs to identify new opportunities and refine our sales approach.


Qualifications:


  • Preferred experience in sales or business development within the construction, renovation, interior design, or related industries, including familiarity with selling to contractors, architects, property developers, or businesses involved in home improvement
  • Also acceptable proven experience in a sales or business development role, preferably within a B2B environment, with a strong aptitude for understanding technical product information and the ability to quickly learn the specifics of the home renovation market
  • Excellent presentation and public speaking skills with the ability to articulate the unique value proposition of Blanc Instant Renovations' products and services and tailor presentations to diverse audiences, including technical professionals and business decision-makers
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including professional email etiquette and telephone manner, with the ability to effectively convey the benefits of rapid renovation solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships with B2B clients, understanding their specific needs and challenges within the renovation process
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets, particularly in introducing and establishing innovative solutions within the market
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple client interactions and follow-ups efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales and communication tools to track progress and manage client relationships
  • Preferred Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or a related field; equivalent practical experience within the home renovation or construction industry will also be considered
  • Highly advantageous familiarity with the home renovation process, common materials, and the needs of contractors, architects, and property developers
