Job Description:

• Understand Legal and Technical Aspects: Analyze legal and technical details of projects to improve financial evaluations, including contract and financing considerations.
• Departmental Collaboration: Coordinate with Technical, Operations, and Legal departments to collect and assess project status, timelines, costs, and technical assumptions.
• Conduct Feasibility Studies: Perform feasibility studies and create management reports or presentations to evaluate projects, business opportunities, and partnerships.
• Assess Business Plans: Evaluate and prepare reports on business plans and corporate structures to support strategic decisions.
• Maintain Financial Models: Update and review financial models with actual data and financial covenants for current businesses.
• Assist with Budget Preparation: Support budget creation for new and existing businesses by updating financial projections in models.
• Coordinate with BOI: Manage project registration and report submissions with the Board of Investment (BOI), ensuring accurate and timely documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Industrial or Management Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Business Analytics, or Data Science.
• With five (5) years of experience as a Business Performance Analyst, Private Equity Analyst, or Bank-Financial or Credit Analyst, with involvement in project development, feasibility studies, forecasting and company project valuations.
• Possess intermediate working knowledge and understanding of financial modelling.
• Proficient in using MS Office.
