About the Role:
The Business Strategy Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the company's strategic growth and diversification initiatives. This role requires a highly analytical and creative individual with strong problem-solving and communication skills. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently, conducting in-depth research, and developing actionable recommendations to support key business decisions.
Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth market research and analysis on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies within the multiple market sectors.
- Analyze market data, including market size, growth potential, and competitive landscape.
- Identify and assess new market opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
Strategic Planning & Development:
- Support the development and implementation of strategic business plans, including market entry strategies, go-to-market plans, and growth strategies.
- Develop and evaluate business cases for new projects and initiatives, including financial modeling and risk assessment.
- Conduct competitive intelligence gathering and analysis to identify competitive advantages and inform strategic decision-making.
Business Development Support:
- Provide analytical support to business development activities, including market entry strategies, customer segmentation, and value proposition development.
- Conduct market research and analysis to support the identification and qualification of potential partners and customers.
- Prepare presentations and reports to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management.
Project Management:
- Manage and execute ad-hoc projects as assigned, including market research studies, competitive analyses, and feasibility studies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and achieve desired outcomes.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in business analysis, strategic planning, or market research.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data and draw meaningful insights.
- Excellent research, writing, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and statistical software.
- Experience with financial modeling and valuation techniques.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
