- Encoding of released unit base on the folder submitted to the audit section.
- Encoding and checking of released unit (Accounting copy).
- Encoding of actual released date of unit, submitted by guards on duty and filling.
- Monitoring, Checking and Filling of Accessories Request Form (ARF). - Checking of all accessories item indicated on ARF - All green copy of ARF should be submitted to audit complete and by series. - All 5 copies of Cancelled ARF should be submitted to audit.
- Checking of TO-TOS Series (Daily Transactions of Cashier).
- Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree of Computer Science or any related courses.
- Knowledge in SAP is an advantage.
- Hardworking, honest and with good moral conduct.
- Willing to work in Commonwealth, Quezon City.
- Can start ASAP.
