• At least 3 to 4 years of external audit experience.

• BS Accountancy graduate.

• CPA is preferred.

• 1 year people management experience is preferred.

• Proficient in using digital tools (MS Power Platforms, Alteryx, etc.).

• Solid experience in external audit.

• CIA or other certification would be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in training, coaching, and other developmental opportunities within the assigned team members.

• Proactively provide feedback to direct team members and teams across the group, contributing to a positive working environment by building solid relationships with superiors and subordinate customers.

• Take ownership of a portfolio of engagements, assigning work to team members and reviewing their work prior to completion and delivery back to customers.

• Participate in a wide range of projects, consistently demonstrating creative thinking and individual initiative.
