The role focuses on driving revenue growth and expanding market share in the corporate and government sectors. The Assistant Sales Manager will develop strategic sales plans, build client relationships, lead a sales team, and ensure targets are met.
QualificationsBachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or related field
At least 2 years of experience in Government Bidding, Proven corporate sales background with team leadership
Sales strategy, client management, data analysis, negotiation, MS Excel/PowerPoint
Strong leadership and communication skills
Strategic Sales Planning
Create and implement sales strategies.
Analyze market trends and competition.
Set and track sales goals.
Account Management
Maintain strong relationships with key corporate and government clients.
Conduct business reviews and address client needs.
Team Leadership
Lead and mentor a sales team.
Monitor and provide feedback on performance.
Sales Execution
Manage the end-to-end sales process.
Maintain a steady sales pipeline.
Negotiate and close deals.
Organize client events and presentations.
Reporting & Forecasting
Submit sales reports, forecasts, and activity updates.
Analyze data and adjust strategies accordingly.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Coordinate with marketing, product, and other departments to ensure effective project execution.
Resource & Compliance Management
Manage tools and resources.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and systems.
