  • Oversee the process of obtaining and renewing business permits and licenses.
  • Assist in managing accounts related to leasing agreements, rent collection, and invoicing for tenants.
  • Coordinate and oversee all aspects of building maintenance, repairs and renovations.
  • Manage insurance policies for buildings, vehicles, and other company assets.
