About Us


We are a growing group of businesses based in beautiful Siargao Island, including Lutao and other ventures. Our businesses are dynamic, community-oriented, and driven by creativity and operational excellence. We are looking for a dedicated Administrative Officer to join our team and help drive our operations smoothly.


Job Summary


The Administrative Officer will play a vital role in supporting the operational, financial, and administrative needs of the business. This role requires someone highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently while communicating effectively with different teams.


Key Responsibilities


Administrative Management

• Manage and maintain business calendars for projects, events, meetings, and operations.

• Create, track, and audit all scheduling to ensure deadlines are met and resources are properly allocated.

• Prepare regular administrative and operational reports.

• Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for all documents.


Financial Administration

• Manage budget requests and oversee the procurement and sourcing of suppliers.

• Ensure quotations are competitive and procurement processes are transparent and efficient.

• Document and track expenses, ensuring all expenditures are properly recorded.

• Audit and review all liquidations and expense reports submitted by teams.

• Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly financial summaries for internal review.


Supplier & Vendor Management

• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and service providers.

• Monitor supplier performance to ensure standards are met and costs are controlled.


Operations Support

• Coordinate administrative requirements for business permits, renewals, and compliance-related documentation.

• Support logistics for events, special projects, and day-to-day business needs.

• Assist in HR administrative tasks, such as onboarding of new hires, basic documentation, and scheduling interviews.


Additional Duties

• Handle confidential information with discretion.

• Contribute to process improvements to streamline administrative workflows.

• Be flexible to assist in special projects, marketing support tasks, or basic community engagement activities as needed.



Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field.

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative or operations role.

• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

• Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and project management tools.

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, flexible environment.

• A proactive, solutions-oriented attitude is a must.

• Amenable to work onsite in Siargao Island, Philippines


Preferred but Not Required

• Experience working in a hospitality, tourism, or retail business is a plus.

• Familiarity with Siargao local business practices and suppliers.

• Basic accounting or bookkeeping experience.
