General Admin

Join a dynamic, growth-oriented cash advance company looking to expand its operational team with two sharp, detail-oriented employees. This role is central to fueling the company’s client acquisition engine—helping compile critical data, organize leads, and ensure smooth internal processes. If you're methodical, proactive, and comfortable navigating tech tools to dig up useful information, this opportunity offers rewarding, long-term stability.


What You'll Do:

  • Review deal lists provided in zip files and extract relevant data.
  • Check the current system to determine if the client already exists and update client information, or create a new Gmail chain if they do not.
  • Manage deal information within the company’s email pipeline (Gmail threads) by organizing documents in chronological order, ensuring closers have all necessary client details in an organized manner.
  • Follow established processes to organize and prepare lead data for the outbound team.
  • Review deal documents to identify any additional current loans related to the client.
  • Collaborate via Zoom with team members for training, data coordination, and workflow alignment—comprehensive training will be provided.


Who You'll Work With: Be a vital member of the lead preparation team, directly contributing to the company’s client outreach efforts. You will collaborate with internal data specialists, closers, and sales team members in a virtual environment, ensuring that all potential client leads are correctly processed and ready for successful engagement.

  • Detail-Oriented Thinker: Must have sharp attention to detail and the ability to notice inconsistencies or unusual patterns—like a large loan amount or signs of multiple active loans.
  • Data Entry Savvy: Basic knowledge of computers, email systems, and managing large volumes of data.
  • Process-Oriented: Ability to efficiently follow structured processes and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Self-Motivated: Able to work independently with diligence and reliability, handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience: General work experience is required.
