The Account Officer will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring smooth coordination of shipments, and driving business growth. This role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills to provide excellent customer service and maintain efficient operations.

• Manage and nurture client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and retention

• Identify and generate new sales leads to grow the business

• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients

• Coordinate shipments and ensure timely delivery of goods

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently

• Maintain accurate records of transactions, client interactions, and sales performance

• Stay up to date with industry trends and logistics best practices

職位要求

• At least 1 year of experience in account management and customer service

• Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management is a plus

• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in Google Suite; experience with logistics software is a plus

• Ability to work independently and remotely

• Fluency in English is a plus

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus
