Key responsibilities:

• Design, develop and maintain custom applications supporting FTTH operations (e.g. subscriber management, provisioning, monitoring, billing integration).
• Build and optimize APIs for integration with OSS/BSS system, CRM platforms and Network equipment.
• Ensure code quality, scalability and security across all deployed systems.
• Collaborate with network team to integrate provisioning platforms (OLT, ONT, routers, switches and Radius Systems.
• Automate workflows for service activation, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Contribute to development of tools for diagnostics, performance monitoring and reporting.
• Review code, enforce best practices and promote knowledge-sharing across the team.
• Participate in architectural design and planning.
• Identify process bottlenecks and propose automation or system improvements.

Job Requirements

Skills requirements and qualifications:

• 3-5 plus years of programming/software development.
• Preferably in Telco, ISP of networking related industries.
• Strong proficiency in at least 2 programming languages such as but not limited to Phyton, JAVA, PHP, C/C++ or similar.
• Hands-on experience with databases (SQL,NoSQL) and API design (REST/GraphQL).
• Experience in authentication/accounting systems (Free Radius, TACACST, Diameter).
• Experience in Virtualization like Proxmox and VM's
• Exposure to FTTH/GPON/EPON environment
• Knowledge in network protocols (PPPDE, VLans/IPV4 & IPV6)
• Experience in DevOps tools (Docker, etc.)
