We are seeking a skilled WebAssembly (WASM) Developer with hands-on experience integrating WebAssembly modules with RESTful or GraphQL APIs. The ideal candidate will be proficient in systems programming languages such as Rust, C++, or AssemblyScript and will be responsible for building high-performance web applications that leverage WebAssembly and modern web APIs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain WebAssembly modules using Rust, C++, or AssemblyScript
• Integrate WebAssembly modules with JavaScript-based applications
• Handle API interactions (REST/GraphQL), including data fetching, processing, and interfacing with WASM
• Optimize code for performance, memory usage, and load times
• Collaborate with frontend and backend teams to build end-to-end solutions
• Troubleshoot and debug WebAssembly code across browsers
• Stay up to date with WebAssembly standards, browser compatibility, and tooling

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of experience with Rust, C++, or AssemblyScript
• Strong understanding of WebAssembly and its interaction with JavaScript
• Experience building or maintaining APIs (RESTful, GraphQL)
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and frontend development principles
• Familiarity with tools like wasm-pack, wasm-bindgen, Emscripten, or AssemblyScript compiler
• Experience with version control systems (Git) and CI/CD workflows

Preferred Skills

• Experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, Svelte)
• Knowledge of web security practices (e.g., CORS, CSP, sandboxing)
• Familiarity with performance profiling tools (e.g., Chrome DevTools for WASM)
• Experience with Docker or cloud-native deployment environments
• Contribution to open-source WASM projects is a plus
