• Ensure strict implementation of company regulations and operational procedures within the hub.
• Guide employees to understand and comply with all regulations and procedures.
• Implement effective and data-driven solutions to reduce the rate of remaining or undelivered parcels.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employee needs and help boost staff morale.
• Supervise and monitor the performance and daily tasks of hub staff.
• Organize employee learning and training programs, including post-training application checks.
• Assist in preparing shift schedules, and manage employee attendance and data summaries.
• Oversee onsite safety management to ensure a safe and compliant work environment.
• Utilize strong analytical skills to assess operational gaps and recommend improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor(s) Degree in Operations/Transportation/Administration or related course.
• At least 2 years of experience in hub operations, logistics, or supervisory roles (preferred).
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to manage staff, schedules, and operational requirements.
• Can work under pressure and handle multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Amenable work on site, 6 days on shifting schedule: New Lucky Stone Corporation CWJ7+FHM, Toclong, Kawit Cavite.
