Job Title: Warehouse Manager

Location: Pasig City

Salary Range: PHP 50,000 – PHP 60,000 per month

Employment Type: Full-time

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, ensuring efficient storage, accurate inventory control, timely dispatch of goods, and compliance with company standards. This role ensures smooth coordination between warehouse operations, logistics, purchasing, and production to support overall business objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching of goods
• Ensure proper implementation of FIFO/FEFO and other inventory handling standards
• Optimize warehouse layout to improve workflow efficiency, safety, and space utilization
• Monitor inbound and outbound shipments for accuracy and timeliness
• Conduct regular cycle counts and lead annual physical inventory activities
• Maintain at least 99% inventory accuracy; investigate and resolve discrepancies
• Ensure accurate documentation and system updates for all inventory movements
• Lead, supervise, schedule, and evaluate warehouse personnel
• Train staff on SOPs, safety protocols, and proper equipment handling
• Implement and continuously improve warehouse SOPs and work instructions
• Enforce compliance with safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with QA/RA teams during GMP or regulatory inspections (if applicable)
• Ensure proper use, preventive maintenance, and repair of warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks)
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse following 5S standards
• Coordinate with Logistics, Purchasing, Production, and Sales to meet delivery requirements
• Prepare and submit warehouse performance reports, including inventory status, KPIs, discrepancies, and manpower needs

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a warehouse supervisory or managerial role
• Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, or distribution industries
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics processes
• Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems
• Knowledge of GMP, ISO, or other regulatory requirements is an advantage
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Forklift operation certification is an advantage
