• Inventory controllers/Encoders, or stock controllers/encoders, manage inventory levels of the business and have the ability to analyze supply chain data.
• Monitoring inventory levels as needed.
• Developing and implementing inventory control systems and practices.
• Coordinating the logistics of stock transfers, deliveries, tagging, and processing.
• Tracking products inbound and outbound products to prevent overstocking and out-of-stock (OOS).
• Analyzing and reviewing supply chain data to identify and resolve issues.
• Performing regular stock checks and reporting any issues to the supervisor.
• Maintaining and updating inventory records.
• Checks the record to be inputted in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) for accuracy and completeness.
• Encodes information correctly and completely.
• Files the worksheets or records where encoded information has been derived for proper identification and traceability.
• Uphold 5S Standards in the department and address concern immediately.
• Participates actively in the Quality Improvement and related activities.

 Qualifications:

• Preferably College graduate
• Adept in using Warehouse Management System (WMS) and RF guns.
• Proficient in MS Excel
• With experience in Warehousing operations
