About the Role:

As a Seasonal Server, you will be a key part of our team, responsible for providing an outstanding dining experience for our guests. You will guide them through our menu, take accurate orders, and ensure their needs are met from the moment they are seated until they leave. This role requires a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Service: Greet guests warmly, answer questions about our menu, and make recommendations.
• Order Taking: Accurately take and enter food and beverage orders into our point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Food and Beverage Delivery: Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner.
• Table Maintenance: Check on guests regularly, clear tables, and ensure their dining area is clean and tidy.
• Teamwork: Work collaboratively with the kitchen staff, hosts, and other servers to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
• Problem-Solving: Handle guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and grace, escalating issues to the manager when necessary.
• Restaurant Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of our menu, including ingredients, preparations, and daily specials.
• Adherence to Standards: Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a server or in a customer-facing role is a plus, but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A friendly, professional, and positive demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
