POSITION: WAITER/SERVER

LOCATION: ALFONSO, CAVITE & LAUREL, BATANGAS 

                    (Near Twin Lakes along Alfonso-Nasugbu Rd)

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school graduate or equivalent (college level in HRM or a related course is a plus).
• At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of menu items, food safety, and proper table service etiquette.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple orders.
• Physically fit and able to stand for long hours.
• Good interpersonal skills and a team player.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
• Professional, well-groomed, and with a positive attitude.

BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Present menus, take orders accurately, and relay them to the kitchen
• Explain menu items, ingredients, and cooking techniques, especially Teppanyaki-style dishes
• Coordinate with Teppanyaki chefs to ensure timely and synchronized service
• Serve food and beverages efficiently, ensuring proper presentation and quality
• Monitor guests' needs and provide excellent customer service
• Clear tables, reset dining areas, and maintain cleanliness in the restaurant
• Process payments and issue receipts accurately
• Follow health and safety regulations, including food handling and sanitation standards
• Assist in setting up and closing restaurant operations as needed
• Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests professionally
• Work collaboratively with teammates to ensure a smooth dining experience
• Other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
