Job Title: Banquet Waiter

• A Banquet Waiter is responsible for providing efficient food and beverage service during banquets, functions, and special events.
• They ensure guests receive excellent service by setting up banquet areas, serving meals and drinks, and maintaining cleanliness and orderliness throughout the event.
• The role requires attention to detail, professionalism, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Set up banquet rooms and function areas according to event requirements (tables, chairs, linens, cutlery, glassware, decorations).
• Greet guests courteously and provide professional food and beverage service.
• Take and serve food and beverage orders efficiently and accurately.
• Assist in serving plated meals, buffets, and beverages during events.
• Refill drinks, clear tables, and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the function.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff and banquet supervisors to ensure smooth service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the banquet area before, during, and after events.
• Follow safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
• Assist in post-event breakdown and reset for the next function.

Qualifications:

• 20-30 years old
• Senior High School or equivalent (college background in Hospitality/Tourism is a plus)
• Preferably with experience as a waiter, banquet server, or F&B service crew
• Knowledge of basic food and beverage service procedures
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment
• Physically fit to stand and serve for extended periods
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
