• Review mobile apps and games for JP and English request and be able to provide UI/UX recommendations based on quantitative evidence, material design and latest best practices.
• Expected to perform with less supervision once training is completed.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems.
• Conduct user research to understand user needs and behaviors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design alignment.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX design.

Qualifications:

• Preferably with User Interface (IU)/Experience (UX) Design
• With good English communication skills (both written and speaking)

Additional Good to Have Skills: 

• Experience with Android Application Development, User Interface (UI) Design
• With understanding of user-centered design principles.
• With experience in conducting usability testing and user research.
