Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the User Experience Design (UED) strategy plan, framework planning, and design of interaction and design solutions to ensure that the design direction is consistent with the company's business goals and market trends.
• Recruit, train, and manage the User Experience Design team, provide training and guidance to enhance the team's design capabilities and creativity.
• Design and optimize the user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) of the cryptocurrency exchange, including websites, mobile applications, and back-end systems, to ensure that the design solutions have high usability and user-friendliness, and improve the overall user experience.
• Optimize design solutions based on user feedback and market research to enhance the product experience.
• Participate in product planning and design reviews, providing design support and suggestions.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, marketing and operations teams to ensure that design is consistent with technical implementation and business requirements.
• Ensure that all design solutions comply with the company's brand guidelines to enhance brand image and market competitiveness.
• Regularly review and update design standards and style guides to maintain consistency and high quality in design.

• Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for majors in fine arts, design, psychology, or related fields.
• At least 5 years of experience in User Experience Design, including at least 2 years of management experience.
• Prior experience in design for cryptocurrency, securities, financial technology, or related industries is preferred.Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
• Familiar with the User Experience Design process, including user research, information architecture, wireframing, and prototyping.
• Good communication skills and a strong team spirit, with the ability to collaborate effectively with different departments.
• Passionate about the cryptocurrency industry and User Experience Design, with the ability to continuously follow industry trends and design developments.
