We're in urgent need of 10 Wheeler Truck Drivers (restrictions 1,2,3) for a well established Logistics and Freight Forwarding company. Driving and Route Management:

a. Safe and Legal Driving:

• Operate the 10-wheeler safely and legally, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations, including speed limits, lane discipline, and hours of service rules.

b. Route Planning:

• Plan efficient routes to ensure timely deliveries, potentially using GPS or other navigation tools.

c. Route Adherence:

• Follow assigned routes and delivery schedules, communicating any delays or issues to the dispatcher or supervisor.

d. Logbook Maintenance:

• Maintain accurate logs of driving hours and other relevant information. 

Vehicle Maintenance and Inspection:

a. Pre-Trip Inspections:

• Conduct thorough pre-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in safe and roadworthy condition.

b. Post-Trip Inspections:

• Perform post-trip inspections to identify any potential issues or damage.

c. Basic Maintenance:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as refueling, checking fluids, and tire pressure.

d. Reporting Issues:

• Report any mechanical problems or damage to the vehicle to the appropriate personnel. 

Loading and Unloading:

a. Cargo Handling:

• Assist with loading and unloading cargo, ensuring it is properly secured for transport. 

b. Cargo Verification:

• Verify the accuracy of cargo loads against paperwork and delivery instructions. 

Customer Service and Communication:

a. Professional Interaction:

• Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with customers.

b. Communication:

• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, supervisors, and customers regarding deliveries, delays, or any other relevant information.

c. Problem Solving:

• Address any issues or problems that may arise during deliveries in a timely and professional manner. 

Additional Responsibilities:

a. Documentation:

• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including manifests, bills of lading, and other relevant paperwork. 

b. Safety:

• Adhere to all safety procedures and protocols, including the use of safety equipment. 

c. Incident Reporting:

• Report any accidents or incidents to the appropriate authorities and supervisors. 

d. Compliance:

• Comply with all company policies and procedures. 

e. Physical Capability:

• Be physically capable of assisting with loading and unloading cargo, as needed

Qualifications:

• At least High School Graduate
• Preferably six (6) months to one (1) year of working experience
• With License Restrictions – 1,2,3
• Must be patient, reliable, flexible, hardworking, and strong-willed
• Team-player, result oriented

Salary and Benefits:

• 645 per day
• 1k allowance per month
• Complete government benefits
• With overtime pay and night differential
