Lead the planning, implementation, and monitoring of local programs and projects to ensure smooth execution.
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned key clients, providing consistent communication and building long-term relationships.
Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and partners to align program activities with client needs and company goals.
Track progress, budgets, and timelines while also ensuring client satisfaction and addressing any concerns or escalations.
Identify opportunities to improve local operations and expand business with key accounts through upselling or cross-selling.
Prepare reports on program outcomes, client feedback, and overall performance for management review.
Represent the company in local activities, meetings, and events that support both program goals and client partnerships.

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Tourism Management, Business, or related field.
Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in travel product management or related roles.
Skills and Competencies: Expertise in tourism route pricing, resource procurement, route design, marketing, promotion, itinerary planning, and operation.
Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical skills, creativity, excellent communication, teamwork, and a passion for travel.
