Responsibilities:

• Respond to inbound calls, emails, and live chat inquiries from prospective customers.
• Assist customers with travel packages, flights, accommodations, and other travel-related services.
• Provide detailed information on destinations, pricing, itineraries, and travel policies.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable travel options.
• Process bookings, modifications, and cancellations as required.

Job Requirements:

• Graduate of BS Tourism, Hospitality or any related courses.
• With at least 2 years experience in sales gained in travel industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Sales-driven mindset with a passion for travel.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer concerns professionally.
• Residents of Alabang, Las Pinas, Paranaque or nearby provinces or willing to relocate.
• Can start ASAP.
