  ⦁ Maintain training schedules, materials, and records.

  ⦁ Ensure consistent application of sales standards and company policies.

  ⦁ Report training outcomes and staff progress to management.

  ⦁ Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.

  ⦁ Experience in training, coaching, or retail sales supervision.

  ⦁ Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills.

  ⦁ Knowledge of retail operations and water purifier products is a plus.

  ⦁ Ability to motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.
