The Trade Marketing Head will develop and execute strategies that increase product visibility and sales at the retail or distributor level.

? Core Responsibilities

• Retail & Channel Strategy Development

• Design go-to-market strategies tailored to different channels (e.g., supermarkets, wholesalers, convenience stores).
• Segment customers and develop trade plans that align with both brand and channel objectives.

• Promotion Planning & Execution

• Plan trade promotions, such as discounts, in-store displays, and retailer incentives.
• Work with the sales team to roll out campaigns and ensure execution at the point of sale.

• Sales Support

• Develop tools and collateral (e.g., POS materials, promotional kits) to support sales reps in the field.
• Provide product training to retail partners and sales teams.

• Data Analysis & Performance Tracking

• Analyze sales data, market trends, and shopper insights to refine strategies.
• Monitor the ROI of trade activities and adjust plans accordingly.

• Retail Execution & Merchandising

• Ensure consistent product availability, pricing, and shelf placement.
• Oversee planogram compliance and visual merchandising standards.

• Cross-functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with brand marketing, supply chain, and finance to align trade strategies with broader business goals.
• Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for promotional materials and event activations.
