Role: Outbound Sales Agent

Work Arrangement: Work from Office

Location: Philippines - Angeles (Pampanga) / Ortigas

Schedule: Night Shift

• Conduct outbound calls and send emails to identify, qualify, and connect with potential clients
• Build relationships with prospects and initiate meaningful sales conversations
• Generate new business opportunities through online research, social media, and other platforms
• Provide accurate sales support, including draft quotes, take-offs, and pricing estimates
• Collaborate with the sales team to prepare proposals and coordinate follow-ups
• Maintain and update the CRM system with lead information, client interactions, and sales pipeline data
• Support the cleansing and maintenance of CRM data to ensure accuracy and usability
• Assist in contract discussions or negotiations as needed
• Stay informed about industry trends and contribute to continuous improvement

Qualification and requirements (Non-negotiable):

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in outbound sales, customer support, or sales coordination (B2B/B2C)
• Proven ability to prospect leads and initiate sales conversations independently
• Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with keen attention to detail
• Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and virtual communication tools (Zoom, Google Workspace)
• Comfortable working in a target-driven and fast-paced environment
• Willing to work onsite during night shift hours
