Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Generation: Contacting prospects (cold calling) and existing customers to offer products/services.
• Customer Engagement: Engaging customers with questions, explaining features, and tailoring offers to needs.
• Order Processing: Taking orders, processing payments, and handling returns.
• Database Management: Accurately recording customer info, transactions, and feedback.
• Upselling/Cross-selling: Offering additional or complementary products to increase sales.
• Meeting Targets: Consistently achieving daily, weekly, or monthly sales quotas.
• Follow-ups: Conducting follow-up calls and sending emails as needed. 

Job Requirements:

• With at least 6 months of Sales Experience
• With at least 6 months of Customer Service Experience
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Willing to work in a fast-paced sales environment
